Registration Information



Coaches, Before registering your teams, please make sure that you have competed the following steps:


Step 1

Distribute the Player Registration Form to all your players.


Step 2

Give your players a deadline to turn in their forms and $40 to you (we recommend Tuesday, April 14 or sooner so that you will have time to process the forms).


Step 3

Collect all forms and money. Attach each payment with its form. Please verify payment and signatures on forms.


Step 4

Decide how may teams you will enter at each level (it is recommended that teams have 7 or more players).


Step 6

Once you have completed the above 5 steps, email dearmam@hpisd.org the total number of players your are registering and the number of teams that you are registering at the Varsity and JV levels.
